I can add the root folder as an option for synchronisation, but the bookmark title within your android browser would include Bookmark Bar or Other Bookmarks at the start. This would make the title very long.
If you really require this feature, please let me know and I'll see if I can add this.
Why can't the Extension have an option iterate over all the sub folders and sync them too.
